IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - C11 BUSINESS VISA

Mandatory C11 Business Visa for all Exhibitors

All exhibitors must enter Indonesia using a C11 Business Visa for the purpose of participating in exhibition and promotional activities. This requirement applies to all foreign nationals, including those from ASEAN member countries.

⚠️ Immigration random inspections during the event

Please note that Immigration Officers will conduct random inspections during the exhibition period. Those checks aim to ensure compliance with Indonesian Immigration regulations and event policies. They are carried out at random and may involve any attendee, including exhibitors or booth staff.

To avoid any complications, please:

  • Hold a valid C11 Business Visa if you are exhibiting
  • Carry a copy of your passport, visa approval, and exhibitor badge at all time
  • Be prepared to show supporting documents, such as the official invitation letter and proof of the event registration
  • All Exhibitors Entering Indonesia without a C11 Visa may result in entry denial, deportation, fines or other immigration penalties.

Who need to obtain a C11 Business Visa

A C11 Visa is required for any foreign individuals who:

  • Rent or manage a booth at the exhibition
  • Bring in product samples, catalogs or promotional items
  • Engage in promotional or presentation activities during the event
  • This requirement applies to all foreign nationals, including those from ASEAN member countries.

Required documents for C11 Visa Application

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Recent color passport photo
  • Official invitation letter from the event organiser
  • Travel itinerary (if available)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • The organiser does not process visa applications on behalf of exhibitors
  • Exhibitors are responsible for applying for their own C11 Visa via the Indonesia eVisa portal or through the nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
  • For those requesting a visa invitation letter from the organiser, please provide a copy of your passport, duration of stay and complete Form 14
  • We strongly recommend all exhibitors to follow the proper procedures and remain compliant at all times during the event.
