All exhibitors must enter Indonesia using a C11 Business Visa for the purpose of participating in exhibition and promotional activities.
This requirement applies to all foreign nationals, including those from ASEAN member countries.
Please note that Immigration Officers will conduct random inspections during the exhibition period. These checks aim to ensure compliance with Indonesian Immigration regulations and event policies.
Inspections are carried out at random and may involve any attendee, including exhibitors or booth staff.
Hold a valid C11 Business Visa if you are exhibiting.
Carry a copy of your passport, visa approval, and exhibitor badge at all times.
Be prepared to show supporting documents, such as the official invitation letter and proof of the event registration.
A C11 Visa is required for foreign individuals participating in exhibition and promotional activities.
Rent or manage a booth at the exhibition.
Bring product samples, catalogs, or promotional items.
Engage in promotional or presentation activities during the event.

Please prepare the following documents for your C11 Business Visa application.
Passport valid for at least 6 months.
Recent color passport photo.
Official invitation letter from the event organiser.
Travel itinerary, if available.
The organiser does not process visa applications on behalf of exhibitors.
Exhibitors are responsible for applying for their own C11 Visa via the Indonesia eVisa portal or through the nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
For those requesting a visa invitation letter from the organiser, please provide a copy of your passport, duration of stay, and complete Form 14.
We strongly recommend all exhibitors follow the proper procedures and remain compliant at all times during the event.
